TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 FOREST RIVER FLAGSTAFF E-PRO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT BIKE RACK PINS WERE CORRODED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BIKE RACK WAS UNUSABLE AND SHE WAS CONCERNED THAT THE RACK WOULD DETACH FROM THE TRAILER. . THE STABILIZING JACKS ARE DEFINITELY JUST FOR STABILIZING. WE THOUGHT THEY WOULD TAKE THE LOAD OF THE RV. 4 JACKS TO SUPPORT 1 RV. THE WARNING ON THE JACKS IS LOCATED ON THE TOPSIDE OF THE JACK, SO A CLUELESS, NEW RV OWNER WOULD NOT SEE THEM UNTIL THE JACKS ARE DOWN. ALSO THE DOCUMENTATION DOES NOT SAY THE JACKS ARE NOT LOAD BEARING. MY ONLY EXPERIENCE WITH A SCREW JACK IS FROM MY CAR AND CHANGING A TIRE. The contact owns a 2019 Forest River Flagstaff Micro Lite equipped with Lionshead Tires, Tire Line: Castle Rock, Tire Size: 205/75/R14, DOT number: UJTYMT418. The contact stated that while driving 40-55 MPH, the driver's side rear tire went flat. The tire pressure monitoring system was beeping. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and the contact was informed that the tread was separating. Two of the Frame Bolts underneath the front of our E-Pro 19FBS camper are partly rusted and missing a nut (one on driver side and one on passenger side). The bolt on the passenger side is out of the metal frame hole it should be in, and the metal frame is slightly bent. Both bolts are at a slight angle. The other 10 Frame Bolts are not visibly rusted and there is a nut on each one but a few are loose enough to twist off by hand. The Castle Rock spare tire failed while on the rim mounted to spare tire holder. Tire was covered 24/7. Size st 205/75r14 Failure was in belts on tread. Large bubble on inside of tire under treads with outside of tire deformed. Pictures available Tire was never used. Air pressure checked with other tires before usage.

I setup my camper and turn the hot water heater on using the propane setting. I left the camper and came back and could smell something hot/burning inside the camper. I looked at the rubber propane line connected to the hot water heater was on fire. I opened the cover to the hot water heater and blew the flame out. Propane was leaking from the rubber line that was cracked. I turned the gas off to prevent additional fire. The gas line appeared to by dry rotted. Reported: 2018-07-18 (July 18, 2018)
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Forest River Rockwood and Flagstaff trailers. The inner wheel bearings may seize, which can cause the trailer wheels to lock-up.
Consequence: If a wheel locks up, there would be an increased the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will replace the inner wheel bearings, free of charge. The recall began on August 13, 2018. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-642-4053. Forest River's number for this recall is 10-0786.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2019 Forest River Flagstaff and Rockwood recreational trailers. The brake mounting flanges on the torsion axles may be incorrectly oriented, which can result in premature brake failure.
Consequence: Premature brake failure can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Forest River has notified owners, and dealers will replace the axles or hubs, free of charge. The recall began on October 12, 2018. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-642-2640 or Dexter customer service at 1-574-295-7888.

Reported: 2019-02-01 (February 1, 2019)
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2019 Flagstaff and Rockwood recreational trailers. The break-away safety switch may be improperly wired, and as a result, the trailer brakes will not apply in the event that the trailer disconnects from the tow vehicle.
Consequence: The trailer's inability to apply the brakes in the event of a separation can increase the risk of crash.
Remedy: Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will install a new wiring harness to maintain the supply of power to the brake system, free of charge. The recall began February 25, 2019. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-642-2640. Forest River's number for this recall is 10B-0943.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Rockwood and Flagstaff recreational trailers. The bunk bed door latch fasteners that secure the bunk bed door closed may fail, allowing the door to open while moving.
Consequence: If the exterior bunk bed door opens unexpectedly while the trailer is being towed, it can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Forest River has notified owners, and dealers will install the correct fasteners for the bunk bed door latches, free of charge. The recall began February 25, 2019. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-642-8943. Forest River's number for this recall is 10D-0950.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2019 Rockwood and Flagstaff recreational trailers. The wiring for the front bedroom air conditioning may have been improperly installed and may come in contact with the heat strip in the air conditioner.
Consequence: If the wiring harness contacts the heat strip, the sheathing may melt, increasing the risk of fire.
Remedy: Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will secure the air conditioner wiring harness away from the heat strip, free of charge. The recall began on May 6, 2019. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-642-8943. Forest River's number for this recall is 10C-1001.

Reported: 2019-08-02 (August 2, 2019)
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Flagstaff and Cherokee Arctic Wolf recreational trailers equipped with MORyde Orbital or You Turn Rubber Pin Box Wedge Kits. The pin boxes may have been equipped with bolts 1-3/4" in length when they should be equipped with 2" long bolts.
Consequence: The incorrect bolts may allow the rotating pin box to rotate in two places, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the bolts and replace them as necessary, free of charge. The recall began August 27, 2019.
