WHEN THE CONTACT BROUGHT THE VEHICLE HOME AND WAS TESTING EVERYTHING FOR THE FIRST TIME, HE DISCOVERED THAT THE PROPANE TANK WAS NOT CONNECTED TIGHTLY AND THE COACH FILLED UP WITH PROPANE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FOREST RIVER COACHMAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS MAKING A BANGING NOSE FROM UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE BY THE TIRES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE AXEL MAY BE FRACTURED HOWEVER, WERE UNABLE TO CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100.

PURCHASE A NEW 2017 FOREST RIVER COACHMAN CROSS COUNTRY 404RB ON JULY 15, 2018. UPON RECEIVING COACH IMMEDIATELY NOTICED LOUD WIND NOISE AS WELL AS HOT AIR COMING IN THROUGH THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE WINDSHIELD AREA OF COACH. TOOK MY COACH TO THREE CERTIFIED COACHMAN REPAIR FACILITIES TO FIND OUT THAT THE FRONT WINDSHIELD WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED. The contact owns a 2017 Forest River Brookstone RV. The contact stated while the vehicle was parked he and his family were in the trailer. The contact smelt something burning in the trailer. The contact inspected the trailer and noticed the burning smell was coming from the heater ducts in the trailer and had melted due to the material of paper and Styrofoam in the heat duct to extremes heat coming from the furnish in the trailer.
