MONDAY, AUGUST 21ST AT APPROXIMATELY 0700 I WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON INTERSTATE 680 AT APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH DURING MORNING RUSH HOUR WHEN THE LEFT REAR TIRE BLEW OUT. I CONTACTED THE CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL FREEWAY SERVICE PATROL FROM CALL BOX CC 680 227 FOR ASSISTANCE. THE FREEWAY SERVICE PATROL ARRIVED AT 0713 AND I WAS ASSISTED BY MR. J. LEARY, A FREEWAY SERVICE PATROL EMPLOYEE.( DOT NUMBER: VDHF F3A TIRE SIZE: P215/75R15 )
