THE CONTACT WAS NOT INJURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SOUTHERN MAINE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (824 PORTLAND ROAD, ROUTE 1, SACO, ME 04072, [phone removed]), BUT WAS NOT YET DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BAKERSFIELD CHRYSLER JEEP FIAT (3101 CATTLE DR, BAKERSFIELD, CA 93313, [phone removed]), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT TO CALL NHTSA TO FILE A COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,000.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHRYSLER 300C. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LEATHER ON THE FRONT DRIVER'S SEAT WAS WRINKLED AND ABOUT TO CRACK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO I.G. BURTON SMYRNA CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM [phone removed], LOCATED AT 19 S DUPONT BLVD, SMYRNA, DE 19977) WHERE THE TECHNICIAN TOOK A PICTURE OF THE FAILURE AND SENT IT TO THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE SEAT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 21,870.

The contact owns a 2017 Chrysler 300C. The contact stated that after a rainstorm, the rear seats were wet, and the rear seat floorboard mats were also wet. The contact stated that the radio was functioning intermittently after a rainstorm and was occasionally inoperable. The contact stated there was no warning light illuminated. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the sunroof gasket and the radio needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired.
