ISSUE: 2010 SUBURBAN 3RD ROW SEATS DO NOT HAVE LOCKING SEAT BELTS - MAKING THEM UNSAFE FOR AN INFANT CAR SEAT. 2009 AND PREVIOUS DO HAVE THE 3RD ROW LOCKING SEAT BELTS. I TOOK THE CAR TO THE LOCAL DEALER WHERE I PURCHASED THE CAR AT, AND THE SERVICE MANAGER WAS ABLE TO CONFIRM THAT THE ABOVE IS ACCURATE (HE CROSS-CHECKED IT AGAINST A FEW OTHER 2010/2011 MODELS THAT ALSO DID NOT HAVE THE LOCKING SEAT BELTS IN THE 3RD ROW SEAT). *TR
