FOUR KELLY SPRINGFIELD NAVIGATOR GOLD 108SXL WS WERE PURCHASED ON MAY 31, 2001 AT FLYNNS TIRE IN KENT, OHIO. ON JULY 3, 2002 I HAD THE TIRES ROTATED AND THE FRONT END ALIGNMENT DONE. ON JULY 15, 2002 I WAS TURNING A CORNER AND HEARD A POP AND THOUGHT I MAY HAVE STRUCK SOMETHING IN THE ROAD. I LOOKED BUT SAW NOTHING IN THE ROAD. I WENT TO MY DESTINATION. WHEN I RETURNED TO MY VAN THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE WAS FLAT. I CALLED A TOW TRUCK OUT TO FIX MY TIRE AND WHILE HE WAS RETRIEVING THE SPARE FROM UNDER THE VEHICLE HE TOLD ME THE REAR RIGHT TIR…

WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORK ON AN INTERMITTENT BASIS. SOME VEHICLES MANUFACTURED IN THE YEARS 1994 THROUGH PART OF THE YEAR IN 1997 HAVE BEEN RECALLED FOR THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY CHEVY HOTLINE THAT MY VEHICLE, 1998 CHEVY SILVERADO, IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE RECALL EVEN THOUGH THE PROBLEM IS THE SAME.*JB

WINDSHIELD WIPERS TURNED OFF DURING INCLIMATE WEATHER ON A DIVIDED HIGHWAY. THIS CAUSED ME JUCH STRESS AND COULD HAVE EASILY CAUSED AN WRECK. AFTER HAVING WIPERS CHECKED OUT I FOUND THAT THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM THAT HAS BEEN RECALLED IN PREVIOUS YEARS. I HAVE A 1998 CHEVROLET PICKUP AND BELIEVE THAT CHEVROLET SHOULD RECALL ANY YEARS WITH THE FAULTY CIRCUIT BOARDS. THIS PROBLEM COULD EASILY RESULT IN THE LOSS OF LIFE.*AK
