WINSHIELD WIPERS FAULTY. THEY WILL WORK AND THAN STOP WORKING AND THAN WORK AGAIN. I WAS ADVICED FROM GM THAT THE YEARS 1994-1997 HAVE BEEN RECALLED BUT NOT THE 1993 YEAR. I TALKED TO A MANAGER NAMED JACK CUNNINGHAM AT [phone removed] X 48470, ON 082903 AND HE ADVICED ME THAT UNDER THE SPECIAL POLICY IF MY VEHICLE WAS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS AS THE RECALL GM WOULD HONOR THE RECALL TO HAVE THIS VEHICLE FIXED. THE GM DEALER ED BOZARTH, NEEDED TO TALK TO JACK TO MAKE SURE THE REPAIRS WOULD BE FIXED, BUT AS OF TODAY JACK HAS NOT RETURNED A CA…

THE FIRESTONE TIRES WERE INSTALLED ON OUR PICKUP AT AROUND 15,000 MILES ON THE PICKUP ITSELF, AT 28,246 MILES WE WENT TO HAVE THE TIRES ROTATED AND REBALANCED AND THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE THAT CAME OF WOULD NOT BALANCE. FIRESTONE SAID IT HAD BEEN RAN AT LOW PRESURE AND THAT WAS THE CAUSE OF THE INNER LINER COMING APART, AND THAT IT WAS NOT "ADJUSTABLE" . THE TIRES WERE NEVER RAN LOW AND WERE CHECKED ALONG WITH THE VEHICLE WHEN IT WAS S…
