REPLACED WIPER MOTOR CIRCUIT BOARD- DUE TO MOTOR FAILED CRACKED SOLDER JOINTS- GM WILL NOT PAY FOR A 1995 CHEVROLET VAN-THEY DID PAY AND RECALLED THIS SAME PART ON OTHER GM VEHICLES BUT NOT THIS MODEL THIS PART HAS BEEN PROVEN TO BE DEFECTIVE AND SHOULD NOT BE DISALLOWED FOR PAYMENT BECAUSE OF THE MODEL OF THE VEHICLE. WE DID HAVE TO REPLACE THIS PART BUT GM WILL NOT APPROVE PAYMENT. NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID # 03V159000 REPLACED THE PART ON 33 VEHICLES BUT SHOULD HAVE TO PAY ON ALL VEHICLES WITH THIS DEFECTIVE PART. *NLM
