Owner report 11466209 · 2022-05-26 (May 26, 2022)

We were sold a new vehicle with known computer problems. The dealership knew of the defects but sold it to us anyway. They consider it a warranty issue. Chevrolet doesn’t seem to care.

Owner report 11466538 · 2022-05-28 (May 28, 2022)

Dashboard randomly goes black and does not work. This has happened one time while driving and I was unable to determine my speed since the speedometer is digital. I was also unable to see important information like service lights due to the faulty dashboard. Other times it happens right after I start the car in the garage. Also noticed when the dash goes black the climate control system starts to act weird and turns on and off randomly

Two different events, first on the highway press the accelerator to pass, and the accelerator stuck tried to tap the brake did not change, had to repress the accelerator for it to return to normal. Second event pulling the car out of garage, to park in the driveway, when stopped to shift into park, the accelerator was stuck and the motor starting revving up, this time, I just turned the engine off. Also there is nothing to interfere with the accelerator, such as floor mat carpet nothing. My daughter has 2021 Blazer she said the same issues. I k…

Owner report 11533621 · 2023-07-21 (July 21, 2023)

The DIC (Driver Information Center) keeps failing since I bought the car. The volume shoots up, the controls will not work, the screen freezes and then goes black, the rear camera stays on in forward motion, it does not always reset after turning off vehicle and opening door. My dealership replaced the module and reprogrammed it. This did not work and it failed shortly after. It went back in the shop again - GM did not have an update for my vin to correct the issue. The dealer is ordering another new DIC this month. It is alarming to be d…

Owner report 11540608 · 2023-08-24 (August 24, 2023)

I am not sure I picked the correct ADAS, however, on 3/4/23 we purchased this auto from Beck Nissian in Palatka Florida. When we purchased this auto it was a used car that had not been owned for very long. We were never told that there were factory recalls that were necessary so that all of the options this auto would work correctly. On July 14 I was in a very busy parking lot and back into a truck damaging my auto. I understand backing up is my responsibility but this auto needed a recall for the back up alert to be put on this auto. I be…
