WHEN THE WEATHER IS IN THE HIGH 80S OR 90S, MY CAR WON'T START. IT TURNS OVER OKAY; THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM/BATTERY IS FINE. AFTER ABOUT 20-30 MINUTES OR LONGER, THE CAR WILL FINALLY START BUT IS NOT NECESSARILY OKAY FOR TRIPS. AT THE FIRST STOP THE SAME PROBLEM MAY OR MAY NOT OCCUR AGAIN.
