VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: CONVERSION SCHOOL BUSES EQUIPPED WITH A SINGLE REAR EMERGENCY DOOR. THE LAST SEAT IS TOO CLOSE TO THE EMERGENCY REAR DOOR RESTRICTING THE PASSAGE. THIS DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 217, "BUS WINDOW RETENTION AND RELEASE."
