TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 TANK TK150 MOTORCYCLE (NA). WHILE TRAVELING BETWEEN 15-25 MPH, THE MOTORCYCLE COMPLETELY LOCKED UP. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO BRAKE OR STEER AND CRASHED INTO A PARKED VEHICLE. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. SHE DISLOCATED HER SHOULDER AND SUSTAINED BUMPS, BRUISES, AND A FEW STITCHES ON HER LEGS. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THEY DELIVER THE MOTORCYCLES PARTIALLY FINISHED AND THE DEALER MUST NOT HAVE FINISHED ASSEMBLING IT PROPERLY. THE LEFT REAR TURN SIGNAL FRACTURED AND WAS FOUND DANGLING BY ITS ELECTRICAL CABLE. CAUSE UNKNOWN BUT DEVICE WAS NOT EXPOSED TO ANY FORCES OTHER THAN ROUTINE WIND LOADS. THE NEXT DAY THE RIGHT REAR TURN SIGNAL ALSO FRACTURED AND WAS FOUND DANGLING BY ITS ELECTRICAL CABLE. THIS IS A DEFECT AND IS UNSAFE AS OTHER MOTORISTS CANT SEE THE SIGNALS. *TR
