The contact owns a 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. The contact stated that while driving 20 MPH, the Forward Collision Avoidance, Automatic Emergency Braking was unintentionally activated. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that while driving approximately 10 MPH, the steering wheel suddenly malfunctioned and erroneously self-turned to the left, causing the vehicle to crash into a pole, where the vehicle came to a stop.
