TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 THOR DAMON (NA) OUTLAW RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE RADIO SHORTED OUT, THE ELECTRIC SHADES WOULD NOT GO UP AND DOWN WITH THE CONTROL BUTTON, AND THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE DOOR FRAME WAS DETERIORATING ON THE OUTSIDE. IN ADDITION, THE FLOOR WAS SEPARATING TO THE POINT THAT THE CONTACT COULD SEE THROUGH THE FLOOR. THE MANUFACTURER REFERRED THE CONTACT TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. THE CONTACT HAD EXTENSIVE DOCUMENTATION PERTAINING TO THE ELECTRICAL REPAIRS. THE RADIO WAS REPLACED AND THE BARE WIRING WAS RE…
