TEREX TELELECT, INC. IS RECALLING 142 MY 2008 C4000, C5000, C6000, C7000, AND GENERAL DIGGER DERRICK UTILITY TRUCKS MANUFACTURED BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 11 AND DECEMBER 20, 2008, EQUIPPED WITH EATON 25VQ HYDRAULIC PUMPS. POOR ADHESION OF THE BRONZE MATERIAL AND THE STEEL SURFACE OF THE FLEX PLATE USED IN THE 25VQ SECTION MAY LEAD TO DELAMINATION OF THE BRONZE FROM THE PLATE.

Consequence: FAILURE OF THE PUMP WILL MAKE THE UNIT INOPERABLE AND POSSIBLY LEAVE THE OPERATOR OR LOAD SUSPENDED WHICH COULD RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH.

Remedy: TEREX WILL NOTIFY OWNERS AND REPAIR THE VEHICLES FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON JULY 31, 2009. OWNERS MAY CONTACT TEREX UTILITIES WARRANTY DEPARTMENT AT 1-605-884-3892.

Reported: 2018-08-07 (August 7, 2018) · Model years: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018

Terex south Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2015-2018 Terex C4000, C5000, C6000, and General digger derricks. The welds between the coupler and hex shaft may be undersized, causing them to fail and the auger to fall unexpectedly.

Consequence: If the auger falls, it can increase the risk of injury to the user or bystanders.

Remedy: Terex will notify owners, and dealers will either repair the weld or replace the affected component, free of charge. The recall began October 3, 2018. Owners may contact Terex customer service at 1-605-882-4000. Terex's number for this recall is SN665.

Reported: 2026-03-19 (March 19, 2026) · Model years: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026

Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2019-2026 General 65, General 80, General 95, C4000, C5000, and C6000 digger utility trucks equipped with pole guides. An insufficient weld on the plate weldment may crack, causing the retaining pin to separate.

Consequence: Without a retaining pin, the pole guide arm may fall, increasing the risk of injury to people around the truck.

Remedy: Owners will inspect the plate weldment for any cracks or abnormal welds. Dealers or owners will replace the plate weldment as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 2, 2026. Owners may contact Terex's customer service at 1-605-882-4000. Terex's number for this recall is SN737.

Ring Power Corporation (Ring Power) is recalling certain 2019-2026 Terex C4000, C5000, C6000, and General 65 digger derrick trucks. An insufficient weld on the plate weldment may crack, causing the retaining pin to separate.

Consequence: Without a retaining pin, the pole guide arm may fall, increasing the risk of injury to people around the truck.

Reported: 2022-12-01 (December 1, 2022) · Model years: 2022

Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2022 C4000, Optima TC, and XT Pro outrigger vehicles. The outrigger cylinder may have been machined incorrectly, which can cause the lock valve cartridge seals to fail, allowing the cylinder to drift.

Consequence: A drifting cylinder may result in the machine tipping, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the cylinders, free of charge. All affected vehicles were inspected and remedied by December 22, 2022. Owners may contact Terex's customer service at 1-605-882-4000. Terex's number for this recall is SN714.

22V893000 · Equipment:Mechanical:Boom/Crane/Ladder

Reported: 2022-12-02 (December 2, 2022) · Model years: 2022

Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2022 C4000, C5000, C6000, C7000, General, and Trans TL vehicles. A seam in the boom structure may have been improperly welded, causing the weld to crack.

Consequence: A cracked weld may lead to the boom failing, increasing the risk of an injury.

Remedy: Dealers will replace or repair the boom, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on February 8, 2023. Owners may contact Terex's customer service at 1-605-882-4000. Terex's number for this recall is SN715.
