DT: THE CALLER SAID FRONT BRAKES LOCKED AND HE WAS THROWN FROM MOTORCYCLE. THE CALLER BELIEVED IT WAS THE CALIPERS. DEALER HAS NOT BEEN CONTACTED YET. WHILE RIDING MY 2006 SUZUKI GSXR 1000 PURCHASED IN JAN. OF THIS YEAR A DOG ENTERED THE ROAD WHILE I WAS EXITING A TURN. I BROUGHT THE BIKE TO AN UPRIGHT POSITION AND APPLIED BOTH BRAKES. THE REAR OF MY BIKE WENT UP IN THE AIR TO ABOUT THE 11 O'CLOCK POSITION. I RELEASED MY FRONT BRAKES AND THE REAR CAME BACK DOWN STILL IN AN UPRIGHT POSITION BUT WHEN MY WHEEL MADE CONTACT WITH THE ROAD MY FRAME JUST UNDER THE GAS TANK BROKE IN HALF SEPARATING, SENDING ME INTO THE WOODS ALONG THE ROAD. I WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE LOCAL TRAUMA CENTER VIA EMS WHERE I…
