Owner report 10491545 · 2013-01-06 (January 6, 2013)

THE TRANSMISSION IS VERY HARD TO SHIFT INTO 2ND THE GEAR CAUSING MISSED SHIFTS SOMETIMES THAT COULD CAUSE STALLING. SOMETIMES IT WILL JUMP ON THE ENGAGEMENT DOGS IN AND JUMP OR SLIP AS THOUGH HITTING A PATCH OF ICE OR OIL GIVING A FEELING OF INSECURITY. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS AND SUZUKI MOTORCYCLES. WILL DO NOTHING TO REPAIR OR FIX THE PROBLEMS. *TR

IN AUGUST 2011, I WAS AT AN INTERSECTION MAKING A LEFT TURN WHEN THE MOTORCYCLE ENGINE CUT OFF DUE TO CLUTCH SHUDDER IN FIRST AND SECOND GEAR CAUSING THE ONCOMING TRAFFIC TO APPLY BRAKES AND ALMOST CAUSING AN ACCIDENT. THE SECOND INCIDENT WAS AT LOW SPEED WHEN CHANGING GEAR FROM FIRST TO SECOND AND CAUSING THE EXTREME VIBRATION TO THE POINT THAT THE MOTORCYCLE FELL TO THE GROUND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD IN THE RAIN ALMOST CAUSING COLLISION WITH THE MOVING VEHICLE APPROAC…
