Owner report 11495346 · 2022-11-29 (November 29, 2022)
The transmission spontaneously slipped out of park and went into reverse. My safety was close to critically impacted. When it began to roll on its own, I was scooped by the driver door and dragged several yards until the truck impacted another vehicle and came to a stop. I very likely could have been killed. If anyone had been behind the truck they likely could have been killed. The incident resulted in significant damage to my vehicle and the vehicle that it ran into. I have not driven the truck since the incident to reproduce. Police did…

After vehicle is in reverse and you press the brake. When you move the shifter to park and then release your foot from the brake, the truck moves backwards about 5 inches. It acts like its still in reverse.

Owner report 11499688 · 2023-01-01 (January 1, 2023)
This vehicle went back to the dealer numerous times and ultimately was surrendered to Chrysler under lemon law. It had ABS braking issues along with trailer brake problems. At about 8000 miles it started having ABS alarms which cause a bunch of other issues that I feel is a serious safety problem. When the ABS system malfunctions it causes the traction control,4 wheel drive, and trailer brake systems to fail as well. I never brought the vehicle home after the last incident in September 2022 as I felt it was totally unsafe to drive especially wi…

Owner report 11456297 · 2022-03-11 (March 11, 2022)
My truck had around 230 miles on it and I experienced a thumping noise from the engine compartment. The thumping disappears once the truck reaches operating temperature and the EGR valve opens. Dodge claims they have no idea what the cause is. Additionally, there is an electrical draw. I have to jump start my truck every morning. The claim it is the amplifier. I pulled the fuse overnight and still had to jump start the following morning. I’m getting the run around.

Owner report 11497149 · 2022-12-12 (December 12, 2022)
The vehicle had been parked in the street for several hours. I started the vehicle in order to back it into my driveway for the night and then turned it off (total run time for the operation was most likely under a minute from the time the engine was started until it was shut down). The temperature was relatively cool and I did have to wait for the grid heater to cycle before the engine started. I did not notice any signs, warnings, safety indicators, or dash lights to alert me to any possible problems. Upon exiting the truck I detected a ve…
