THE BRAKE SYSTEM FAILS WITH THE PEDAL GOING SOFT TO THE FLOOR. WHEN THE PROBLEM FIXES ITSELF THE BRAKES ARE STILL SOFT AND THEN YOU HAVE THE BRAKES TO THE FLOOR AND THE SYSTEM SLAMS ON THE BRAKES. THIS ONLY HAPPENS AT SPEEDS LESS THAN 15 MPH, ALL ABS SENSORS HAVE BEEN CHANGED AND IT STILL HAPPENS. ABS LIGHT COMES ON DASH, BUT TECH'S CAN'T FIND A PROBLEM. I BOUGHT MY 1995 PONTIAC GRAND AM SE, USED IN 2001, NOT EVEN A MONTH AFTER HAVING IT, I HAD TO REPLACE THE RADIATOR. FROM THERE WENT MY COOLANT LINE, A DEALER PART I HAD TO PAY A FORTUNE FOR. WOULD HAVE KNOCKING UNDER THE VEHICLE WHEN CHANGING GEARS. ALSO, THERE WOULD BE SOME LOOSE WIRES THAT WOULD NEED TO BE PLACED ON THE BATTERY TO GET VEHICLE TO START. WE HAVE HAD THE CRANK SHAFT SENSOR REPLACED ,AND THAT COST US TWO TRIPS TO A MECHANIC TO FIGURE THAT PROBLEM OUT. THE TIMING BELT CHANGED TWICE, ANOTHER MOTOR PUT IN THIS YEAR, NEW ALTENATOR, NEW RADIATOR, FUEL PUMP, WATER PUMP,AND A NEW THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR.
