EQUIPMENT FAILURE ON RV MOTORHOME. POWER SUN VISOR MANUFACTURED BY CAREFREE OF COLORADO WILL UNEXPECTEDLY FALL FROM MOUNTING PLATES WHILE DRIVING ON HIGHWAY. MOUNTS ARE MADE OF PLASTIC MATERIAL AND SUBJECT TO STRESS CRACKS BY VIBRATION. WHEN PLASTIC MOUNTING PLATE FAILS, SHADE FALLS IN FRONT OF DRIVER BLOCKING VISION AND ALSO STARTLES DRIVER INTO ABRUPT BRAKING AND/OR ERRATIC STEERING.
