I OWN A 2006 MITSUBISHI ENDEAVOR WHICH WAS PURCHASED 2 MONTHS AGO. ON JUNE 1ST I WAS RUNNING AN ERRAND, GOT OUT OF MY VEHICLE RAN INTO THE MALL ONLY TO COME OUT 5 MINUTES LATER TO FIND MY CAR HAD ROLLED INTO THE BACK OF A 1994 CORVETTE. WHEN APPROACHED BY THE CORVETTE OWNER HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME I LEFT MY CAR IN DRIVE. I RESPONDED BY SAYING, NO, I HAVE MY KEYS IN MY HAND, THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE. WHEN I LOOKED AT THE GEARSHIFT IT WAS IN DRIVE. I KNOW THAT THIS IS PARTICALLY MY FAULT, HOWEVER, I SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO TAKE MY KEY OUT …

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 MITSUBISHI ENDEAVOR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE PARKING, THE SHIFT LEVER FAILED TO SHIFT FROM THE DRIVE TO THE PARK POSITION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE EMERGENCY BRAKE HAD TO BE ENGAGED IN ORDER TO STOP THE VEHICLE FROM MOVING AND TURN IT OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 08V139000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 MITSUBISHI ENDEAVOR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CONTROL SWITCH ON THE HEATER VENT WAS INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN THREE TIMES TO THE DEALER WHO REPAIRED THE HEATER VENT BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE RECALL NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 10V514000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: SOFTWARE). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE WHO DID NOT OFFERED ANY ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
