ABS/BRAKING ISSUES. TWO RELATED ISSUES. ISSUE NUMBER 1. THERE ARE 3 LIGHTS THAT ARE ILLUMINATING ON THE DASHBOARD CONTINUOUSLY UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES (DRIVING, PARKING, BRAKING, IDLING, ETC. - THEY NEVER TURN OFF) THE LIGHTS ARE THE TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT, THE ABS LIGHT AND THE ICON OF A VEHICLE WITH SKID MARKS. ISSUE NUMBER 2- ADDITIONALLY, THE ABS SYSTEM TURNS ON WHILE BRAKING AND THE ABS BRAKING SYSTEM IS JIGGING THE BRAKE MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO BRAKE SAFELY. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE SPYDER. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V337000 (SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC); HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE REPAIR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO PROVIDE THE PART TO DO THE REPAIR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SERVICE ENGINE AND AIR PRESSURE WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 102,155.
