While attempting to park head-on into a parking stall, the car suddenly excellerated at high speed and hit a parking barrier head on. At no time prior to hitting the parking barrier did the drive touch the excellerator pedal. Although the entire front end of the vehicle was totalled into a "V" shape the air bags never deployed. Driver attempted to brake but it was too late, happened too fast. After the impact and with the brake pedal fully engaged the car was still moving. The day after I purchased this car I returned to dealership bc my phone would not connect which was the single reason for choosing this car, I was promised it was a simple update problem over the next few weeks I realized there were more issues with the electrical system as if the car had a mind of its own.
