TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 MERCEDES BENZ S350. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH ONTO AN EXIT RAMP, THE ENGINE DECREASED IN POWER AND HESITATED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS FOR THE SAME FAILURES, BUT THERE WERE NO RESOLUTIONS. THE ENGINE WAS RECODED. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 MERCEDES S350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL AND THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE WOULD SHAKE WHEN DRIVING BETWEEN 25-40-MPH. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD THAT THE FRONT SUSPENSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE FRONT AIR STRUTS COULD BE REPLACED UNDER TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN NUMBER: SB-32-25-82. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000. *TR

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 MERCEDES BENZ E350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER REFUELING, A FUEL ODOR EMITTED FROM THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE FUEL PUMP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS CAUSED BY NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.
