THIS VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH ELECTRONICS STABILITY CONTROL (ESC) WHICH INCLUDES CROSSWIND ASSIST. THE CROSSWIND ASSIST IS THE SOURCE OF THE SAFETY PROBLEM. The crosswind assist will engage in strong crosswinds and in certain road conditions such as a dip in the road or an off camber dip it immediately brake one side or the other causing the vehicle to quickly and unexpectedly lurch to one side or the other.
