Owner report 11561421 · 2023-12-22 (December 22, 2023)

re-open it again with the Key Fob. Sometimes it takes a while for the car to unlock. I've been having issues charging the vehicle since Day 1 of purchased since the computer in the vehicle is not able to communicate from time to time with the Electrify America charging stations for plug and charge. I will need to call in to Electrify America charging stations so they can do an override to be able to charge the vehicle. I have to waste 2.5 hours every time I want to charge the vehicle which is usually 2-3 times a week. Another safety conc…

Owner report 11592833 · 2024-06-06 (June 6, 2024)

Car stopped abruptly on a two lane highway and a flashing warning came up that said electrical failure. Car jerked to a stop. Had to be towed to the dealership. Very dangerous. A friend has the same car and it happened to him twice. The cars do not need to be on the road until absolutely corrected. Needs a recall.

Owner report 11708793 · 2026-01-05 (January 5, 2026)

About 1000 feet after merging onto a 4 lane freeway with sparse traffic, we were driving the car in the 3rd lane from the right. Suddenly the car's steering wheel took a hard right turn, forcing the car through multiple other lanes and onto the shoulder of the freeway, through an unpaved area, nearly colliding with freeway signs. I was able to regain control of the car before a collision and get back on the freeway. I continued on the freeway at a lower speed and after another 1000 feet or so, the car's steering wheel once again took a hard rig…

Owner report 11725988 · 2026-03-21 (March 21, 2026)

I am reporting a serious safety issue with my 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV. On multiple occasions, the vehicle has suddenly lost power and completely stopped while driving on the freeway without warning. During these incidents, a red warning symbol appeared on the dashboard (a red turtle icon), indicating a critical malfunction. These failures created extremely dangerous situations, as the vehicle lost the ability to maintain normal driving speed in active freeway traffic. At the time of these incidents, my three children were in the vehicle, whi…
