The electronic steering lock failed resulting in my car being completely disabled. My safety was not at risk in this particular instance. I was left stranded in a parking lot at night. The component was not inspected by the manufacturer or dealer. The manufacturer/dealer did not inform anyone that this problem will happen to every car with this compensation. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS FUEL LEAK - FUEL STARTED TO LEAK FROM THE TOP OF THE GAS TANK, INSIDE THE CAR FROM UNDER THE DRIVER SIDE REAR PASSENGER SEAT. VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CLOSEST SHOP AVAILABLE WHEN HEAVY FUEL SMELLS WERE NOTICED INSIDE VEHICLE WHILE DRIVING. A LOCAL TIRE SHOP, HAMIL FIRESTONE, LOOKED UNDER THE CAR AND IDENTIFIED THAT FUEL WAS LEAKING DOWN THE FRAME TO THE ROAD. SOMEHOW GASOLINE WAS ACTUALLY LEAKING FROM INSIDE THE CAR.
