Owner report 11124748 · 2018-09-06 (September 6, 2018)

THE FRONT WHEEL WELL LINERS WILL DETACH FROM THE BODY OF THE VEHICLE. THE RETAINER CLIPS WOULD BREAK AND THE FELT LINER WOULD BE LODGED AGAINST THE ENGINE/TRANSMISSION COMPONENTS. THIS ALSO ALLOWS DEBRIS TO COME IN CONTACT WITH THE ENGINE BAY AND TRANSMISSION WHICH COULD CAUSE DAMAGE AND MALFUNCTIONS AS WELL AS PREMATURE WEAR AND TEAR.

Owner report 11030757 · 2017-10-01 (October 1, 2017)

MY COMPLAINT IS REGARDING MY 2017 MASERATI GHIBLI SQ4. WHILE IN STOP AND GO TRAFFIC OR AT STOP LIGHT THE CAR SHUTS DOWN AND PUTS ITSELF IN NEUTRAL. THE PROBLEM IS INTERMITTENT AND HAPPENS ROUGHLY ONCE A MONTH. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE ON THE 2017 LAVANTE WHICH SHARES THE SAME ENGINE AND STOP START SYSTEM WITH THE 2017 GHIBLI. BUT FOR SOME REASON MASERATI HAS ISSUED A RECALL ONLY ON THE LEVANTE NOT THE GHIBLI. THE CAR HAS BEEN INTO SERVICE FOR THIS ISSUE 5 TIMES IN 9 MONTHS. RUSNAK MY DEALERSHIP HERE IN PASADENA, CA SAYS THAT THERE IS NO CURRENT FI…

Owner report 11317806 · 2020-03-12 (March 12, 2020)

I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE FROM NORTHSIDE IMPORTS IN HOUSTON ON THE NIGHT OF FEBRUARY 1ST. ON FEBRUARY 5TH I DROVE IT TO WORK AND NOTICED THAT ON THE ROUGH ROADS THE STEERING WHEEL VIBRATES/SHAKES TERRIBLY TO POINT WHERE IT HURTLED MY HAND. I CALLED AND NOTIFIED THE SALES PERSON ABOUT IT AND HE TOLD ME TO BRING THE VEHICLE IN. I DROPPED THE CAR OFF AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM. A FEW DAYS LATER I GOT A CALL FROM THE DEALERSHIP SAYING THE WHEEL WAS BENT AND THAT I MUST HAVE HIT A POTHOLE AND I AM GOING TO HAVE TO PAY TO GET THE CA…

Owner report 11532965 · 2023-07-18 (July 18, 2023)

I was on my way home from work sitting at the red light and when I was release my feet from the brake to take to driving, the auto start failed to start the car and I was stuck on side the road for 30 minutes because my vehicle wouldn’t not start. Finally the car started but I couldn’t get it to go over 15 mph. The car has been to the shop twice for service. Once was an electrical and the other time they couldn’t find nothing wrong with it. They said it just needed service. I serviced the vehicle as recommended and now it back doing the same t…
