WHILE DRIVING,THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE HYDROPLANED WITH OUT WARNING. THE CONSUMER APPLIED THE BRAKES, BUT THE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR. THE DRIVER WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND CRASHED INTO A DITCH. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CONSUMER AND PASSENGER WAS NOT INJURED.
