TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1995 LEXUS GS300. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD POPPING NOISE WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. WITH EXCESSIVE FORCE TO THE STEERING WHEEL, HE WAS ABLE TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO A STOP. AFTER INSPECTION, HE NOTICED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE WAS DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A SAFE LOCATION.
