The front brakes of the machine are inconsistent in how much lever effort is required to get the bike to stop. At slow speed, there is sometimes not braking force when pulling the brake lever. At slow speed, there is sometimes a tremendous amount of braking force when pulling the lever. At high speeds, the brakes are often good and work as expected. ENGINE QUIT WHILE RIDING ON A STATE HIGHWAY, NEARLY CAUSING LOSS OF CONTROL, NEARLY REAR-ENDED FROM REARWARD TRAFFIC, AND LOSS OF CONTROL WHILE LEANING BIKE DURING NORMAL CORNERING. SERIOUS ENGINE OIL LEAKAGE FROM TIME MOTORCYCLE WAS NEW, PUTTING OIL ON REAR TIRE. PLUS DEFECTIVE FUEL PUMP IN ENGINE CAUSED ENGINE TO UNEXPECTEDLY STOP RUNNING.
