TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 KEYSTONE SPRINTER FIFTH WHEEL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS EQUIPPED WITH A LADDER THAT WAS MOUNTED ON THE REAR BY THE MANUFACTURER. THE SCREWS THAT WERE USED TO MOUNT THE LATER ENDED UP PENETRATING AN ELECTRICAL WIRE. THE CONTACT NOTICED THE PROBLEM WHEN HE TOUCHED THE LADDER AND FELT A SLIGHT SHOCK. AFTER FURTHER REVIEW, THE CONTACT FOUND OUT THAT THE LADDER HAD NOT BEEN GROUNDED PER ELECTRICAL CODE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS REPAIRED.
