TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 KEYSTONE RAPTURE TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FAILED AND A BURNING SMELL EMERGED FROM THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. IN ADDITION, THE TRANSFER CASE WIRES WERE FOUND TO BE BURNED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR REPAIRS UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 10V594000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM), BUT THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 KEYSTONE RAPTOR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, THE TRANSFER SWITCH CAUGHT FIRE. THE CONTACT EXTINGUISHED THE FIRE. A FIRE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 10V594000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED UNDER THE RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILE WAS UNKNOWN.

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 KEYSTONE RAPTOR. WHILE REMOVING THE BRAKE AWAY BRAKE PIN, A FIRE STARTED IN THE MODULE WHERE THE PIN WAS BEING REMOVED. THE CONTACT EXTINGUISHED THE FIRE AND CUT THE WIRES TO THE PIN TO PREVENT ANOTHER FIRE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN INSPECTED AT THE TIME OF THE COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE UNAVAILABLE.
