TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 KEYSTONE PASSPORT. THE CONTACT STATED THERE WAS A SHORT IN THE WIRING CONNECTED TO THE LIGHT ON THE CEILING OF THE SLIDE ROOM. A MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT THE WIRES HAD MELTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO THE DEALER. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT DID NOT ASSIST WITH REPAIRING THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 980 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 1,000.
