TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 KENWORTH T300. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 18 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED WHEN A LEFT TURN WAS MADE. THE CONTACT HEARD AN EXCESSIVELY LOUD NOISE AT THE TIME OF THE FAILURE. HE ALSO EXPERIENCED DIFFICULTY WITH THE STEERING WHEEL PULLING TOWARDS THE LEFT.
