WHILE ATTEMPTING TO USE THE REAR BRAKES ONLY WHILE NEGOTIATING A TURN, THE BRAKING SYSTEM (ABS+TRACTION CONTROL+LINKED BRAKES) APPLIED FAR TOO MUCH BRAKE POWER TO THE FRONT WHEEL VIA THE LINKED BRAKING SYSTEM. THIS NEARLY CAUSED ME TO COLLIDE WITH ANOTHER CAR AND A BUS. THE LINKED BRAKING SYSTEM APPLIES FAR TOO MUCH PRESSURE TO THE FRONT BRAKES, AND THE ABS SYSTEM APPLIES ITSELF IN A MANNER THAT INTERFERES WITH SMOOTH OPERATION IN THE CORNER. WERE IT NOT FOR EXTENSIVE FORMAL TRAINING AND DECADES OF EXPERIENCE AS A RIDER, I WOULD HAVE BEEN UNABL…
