ON SEPTEMBER 4 NIGHT A SERIOUS ELECTRICAL FIRE BROKE OUT INSIDE OUR NEW 2011 JAYCO 31SS. IT BURNED THROUGH THE AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH CONNECTORS, WIRING AND PLASTIC BOX. I AM EXPERIENCING ISSUES WITH CARBON MONOXIDE ENTERING THE INTERIOR OF THE MOTOR HOME WHEN THE GENERATOR IS USED TO PROVIDE ELECTRICAL POWER. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN TAKEN TO THE AUTHORIZED DEALERSHIP ON THREE OR FOUR PRIOR VISITS (CAMPING WORLD IN ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO) AND THEY REPORTED THAT THERE IS NOT A PROBLEM. I LIVED IN THE VEHICLE FOR A PERIOD OF TWO MONTHS BETWEEN THE PERIOD OF FEBRUARY 4, 2014 THROUGH MARCH 28, 2014, AND I DISCOVERED THAT CARBON MONOXIDE IS ENTERING THE LIVING AREA OF THE VEHICLE WHILE THE GENERATOR IS OPERATING.
