TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 JAYCO RV TRAVEL TRAILER. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL LETTER FROM JAYCO (# 9901349) FOR THE TRAILER WIRING HARNESS. THE CONTACT CALLED JAYCO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT [phone removed] AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE WIRING FOR THE TRAILER WAS ON BACKORDER ACROSS THE NATION, AND THE CONTACT WOULD JUST HAVE TO WAIT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE HAS BEEN WITHOUT THE TRAILER FOR TWO WEEKS DUE TO THE WIRING HARNESS RECALL. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THERE WAS NO MILEAGE.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 JAYCO JAY FLIGHT TRAVEL TRAILER. THE CONTACT INQUIRED ABOUT A RECALL LETTER FOR THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED BY JAYCO THAT PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE TO REMEDY THE RECALL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRAILER WAS SITTING AT CAMPING WORLD OF BAKERSFIELD (5500 WIBLE RD, BAKERSFIELD, CA 93313, [phone removed]). THE DEALER DID NOT KNOW HOW LONG IT WOULD BE BEFORE PARTS WOULD BE AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT CALLED JAYCO AND WAS INFORMED THAT PARTS WERE ON BACKORDER ACROSS THE U.S. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED.…
