TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 JAGUAR XJ. WHILE DRIVING 75 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL, SEATS, AND EXTERIOR MIRRORS RETURNED TO THEIR DEFAULT POSITIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO JAGUAR BETHESDA (11617 OLD GEORGETOWN RD #100, NORTH BETHESDA, MD 20852, [phone removed]), BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 16,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
