TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1984 JAGUAR XJ. WHILE DRIVING OUT OF THE GARAGE, THE CONTACT NOTICED FLUID LEAKING UNDER THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT A NEW BRAKE LINE NEEDED TO BE INSTALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
