Was driving vehicle downhill on a small hill in Palm Springs when multiple error messages appeared in rapid succession on the information display, including 'traction battery fault - safe to drive with caution'. This was immediately followed by "pull over and stop the car" but before I had the chance to do so ALL the systems in the car ceased to operate and all electrical systems shut down. The contact owns a 2020 Jaguar I-Pace. The contact stated that while charging the battery in the garage, the vehicle started overheating with the fan activated. The contact stated that the garage became hot, and the contact disconnected the battery before causing severe damage. The contact stated that while driving, the battery decreased by 50 miles unexpectedly. The contact was able to recharge the battery and the vehicle resumed normal operation. I was exiting a parking spot and I had my foot on the brake to start the vehicle and again to put the car in reverse. I backed out of my parking spot and turned 90 degrees to exit the parking lot. As I pushed down on the brake to stop and shift to drive, the pad that covers the brake pedal fell off, causing my foot to slip and hit the accelerator. Total brake system failure. Vehicle would not stop with two feet applied to the brake pedal. Third time this has happened. Jaguar has previously repaired.

24-volt battery failed, causing the steering column to lock up and all components to malfunction. All doors were locked, and I could not get out of the vehicle. I had to call my husband to let me out through the vehicle's truck manually. This has caused me a great deal of anxiety. There was no indication prior to this situation, and I have reported this issue to the dealer service department. This issue has not been inspected yet.

The air conditioning has failed, even after spending $8k to replace everything it still blows hot air intermittently. Also, there is a gearbox fault detection warning that has presented itself which i believe affects the cars ability to hold still at a stop. Nothing but problems with this car, and auto nation Ft. Lauderdale jaguar has no clue how to fix any of it although i have spent so much money. The car is like a lemon.

The contact owns a 2020 Jaguar I-Pace. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who replaced the battery; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 25,000.
