The contact owns a 2011 International Prostar. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle became very unstable and difficult to control. The contact stated that the failure mostly occurred while driving on poorly paved roads. The contact stated that the failure was due to improperly installed air brake canisters during the manufacturing of the vehicle.
