The Electronic Control Unit ABS gave false or partial warnings for years without showing up as the problem during four trips to the dealer over a four-year period. The truck would sound alarm, abs and air pressure low warnings. Then go into save mode and would drive slowly until shut down completely for a new reboot. Then the truck would operate correctly for some time. Right front caliper would set and drag. I had the truck into the shop over and over. This time I was told the complete brake system would have to be replaced, not the unit, just…
