TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 INFINTI QX60. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL SPLASHING NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL TANK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. We bought the car used at about 24,000 miles. No engine lights were on. After about a month of owning it smoke would come from the exhaust when started. Took it in to be look at and was told it was a fuel injector and it was replaced. No more issues for about 6 months when it suddenly lost power on the interstate at dawn barley made it to the side of the road without getting ran over. Had to have it towed to a shop where I was told it was a bad coil and they replaced it. Went to pick the car up and less than a mile down the road it lost power a…

I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE AS A NEW VEHICLE. SHORTLY AFTER PURCHASING THE VECHICLE I BEGAN TO HEAR RATTLING AND NOISES. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY REFUSED TO OFFER ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER DID ASSIST. THEY SENT AN INSPECTOR IN TO REVIEW THE VEHICLE AND THEY GAVE ME COMPENSATION FOR MY NUMEROUS SERVICE VISITS. HOWEVER THE RATTLING REMAINS. ADDITIONALLY THE DRIVER SEAT MOVES BACK AND FORTH AND MG GAS TANK IS LOOSE.

Our 2022 Infiniti QX60 was brought in at Infiniti Service Center for regular oil change. The car had 29,564 miles. After the service, I was deciding whether to take the highway or the local route. I thought of stopping by the church, so I decided to take the local route. After driving for 4.2 miles on a road with cars moving at 45 mph, our QX60 suddenly just stalled. The car cannot be started. Dashboard lights were fading. It was good hazard lights were still blinking. It was a terrifying experience seeing how fast cars & trailer trucks were g…
