Owner report 10908083 · 2016-09-20 (September 20, 2016)
TRANSMISSION SLIPS AND THEN SURGES. VERY FREQUENTLY, WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL IS DEPRESSED THERE IS NO ACCELERATION WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT DELAY. THE VEHICLE SURGES IN HEAVY TRAFFIC SITUATIONS AND ON MORE THAN OCCASION, HAS CAUSED NEAR ACCIDENTS. THE VEHICLE DOES THIS IN STOP AND GO DRIVING SITUATIONS AS WELL AS IN FREEWAY DRIVING SITUATIONS. THERE IS NO WAY TO DETERMINE OR TELL WHEN THIS WILL HAPPEN. IT CREATES AN EXTREMELY UNSAFE DRIVING SITUATION WHICH IF LEFT UNCHECKED COULD CREATE A LIFE THREATENING SITUATION. THIS HAPPENS ON AN ALMOST DAIL…

Owner report 11081064 · 2018-03-23 (March 23, 2018)
WHEN AT A FULL STOP THE VEHICLE HAS A HARD TIME MOVING/ACCELERATING. I TAKE MY FOOT COMPLETELY OFF THE BRAKE AND THE VEHICLE WILL NOT MOVE. WHEN I PRESS THE GAS, THE VEHICLE WILL JERK VERY BADLY AND JUMP LIKE IT IS A STICK SHIFT, BUT IT IS NOT. WHEN IT FINALLY GETS MOVING IT CONTINUES TO JERK, SPUTTER AND JUMP. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS FOR THIS ISSUE AND I AM REPEATEDLY TOLD THAT WITHOUT A CODE OR THE VEHICLE DUPLICATING WHAT IT DOES THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE.
