TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 INFINITI QX50. THE CONTACT PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM INFINITI OF ORLAND PARK (8751 W 159TH ST, ORLAND PARK, IL 60462), BUT WAS INFORMED THAT SHE COULD NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP BECAUSE IT NEEDED UNKNOWN RECALL REPAIRS. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED BY THE DEALER THAT THE RECALL REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. WHILE DRIVING AT LOW SPEEDS, A GRINDING NOISE WAS HEARD UNDERNEATH THE DRIVER'S SIDE FLOORBOARD.
