When driving on the highway at 55 mph Infiniti’s forward emergency braking failed it. resulted in a mirror collision with the vehicle ahead of me. Took my vehicle to Infiniti of coral gables current the vehicle is the service center with no updates

The accelerator position sensor and the related wiring is defective. It loses power during acceleration and does not accelerate properly. My safety and the safety of others is at risk because it has lost power while in 65-70 mph traffic which almost caused an accident. The dealer has confirmed this issue is with the wiring harness connection to the accelerator. I contacted the manufacturer but they were not willing to assist me, and have not inspected the vehicle. I will request the dealer to give me the defective parts once the repair is …
