TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 INFINITI G25. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER REPLACING THE ENGINE, THE BATTERY AND AIR BAG WARNING LIGHTS REMAINED ILLUMINATED AND CONTINUED FLASHING WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO INFINITI OF NORWOOD LOCATED AT 866 PROVIDENCE HWY, NORWOOD, MA 02062, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE AIR BAG CONTROL UNIT WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 77,000.

Last Friday, 7/25/21, while driving home from work, my car instrument panel, speed odometer, everything went totally black, I lost steering and pulled into a 7-11 parking lot. The passenger side of the car was smoking. I was locked in as door unlock wouldn’t work, nothing would work. I was unable to turn the car off and literally felt like I could pass out from smoke inhalation quickly called 911.
