The contact owns a 2025 Ineos Grenadier. The contact stated that while driving in the vehicle, the front driver’s side seat caused lower back pain. The contact attempted to adjust the seat on several occasions; however, the failure persisted. In addition, the contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, there was an abnormal sound coming from the vehicle, and the steering wheel independently veered to the right.
