I ACCIDENTALLY BACKED INTO A CONCRETE BARRIER PULLING OUT OF A PARKING SPOT. I PUT THE CAR IN DRIVE, INTENDED TO PULL BACK INTO MY SPOT, TOOK MY FOOT OFF THE BRAKE AND THE CAR ACCELERATED SO QUICKLY THAT I CRASHED INTO A FORD TRUCK 2-3' IN FRONT OF ME. THE ACCELERATION WAS SO QUICK, AND THE IMPACT SO STRONG, I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A ROCKET SHIP AND MY LICENSE PLATE WAS IMPALED ON THE TRUCK. THIS WAS THE THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED SINCE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE IN OCTOBER 2017. THE FIRST TIME, I WAS PARKING IN MY GARAGE. I WAS SLOWLY MOVING MY …

January 2022. The car was brought to dealership because the transmission was slipping in 3rd gear. Service light was on. On my way the problem fixed itself. I explained that it happened only in the extreme cold here in michigan. They documented for warranty. Said it may be due to clutch overheating on slippery roads. IT WAS NOT. The cars was not used for 2 winters as we were in Florida. Dec. 2025 it happened again and expressed my concerns that if this happened in traffic it could be dangerous. Both the dealership and Hyundai washed …
